Welcome to the forum, Henning29! Try to stick around in the forum for a while, we need MORE peoples!

I would love to experiment with that project, but I just don't seem to have enough materials, or enough money to buy them to do so! Have you tried it before?

Re: Mineral oil submerged computer

Thank you for the warm welcome! I will do my best by recommending your forum to all the people who are interessted in computers and i am in touch with. i have not tested it yet but its a nice projekt and I love silent computers. A few days ago I put some nice parts together, but everytime I assemble a new pc, the noice factor is the weakest point! Its really horrible to sit next to such a loud monster as my last PC was... A good air cooling or a mineral oil cooling would be the first step to a quiet system. Its a shame the optical parts like the cd and hdd cannot be put into the oil!

You're welcome!

And yes, computers that can get loud are ANNOYING! Although you could buy a liquid cooling computers, it costs a LOT of money! They're extremely quiet, and very powerful.

I guess I wouldn't buy a liquid cooling system fo rmy computer  I'd still prefer the good old noise made by the cooling system !

Same opinion here. Regular, current computers are powerful enough for general uses!

True. Let's just hope those stuff aren't too expensive, so we could buy it. It would be fun to own one, we can do a lot of awesome stuff on it!
