Which one is it?

Hello, I just got my computer back from repairs because of a graphics card gone bad. They took my old graphics card and replaced it with a new one and I've been trying to indentify which one I got.
But all it says is that I got an ATI Radeon HD 4800 series card, I've tried these things in order to identify it:

- I ran GPU-Z
- I ran dxdiag
- I've checked the unit manager in the control panel. (I may have translated unit manager wrong because my computer is in swedish)
- I've gone to the advanced screen settings.

What I want to know is what card in the 4800 series I got but... Yeah...
I hope you can give me some suggestions and I know this probably is abit of a newb question  .

The posted topic is too old. But anyway, just for every body benefits, ATI Radeon is good for gaming but not sure if the chasiss fan of the chipset are still good as compared before when i have a ATI Radeon video card.
