motherboard/RAM compatibility

Dear friends,
I have a motherboard: abit ip35-E
I want to get some RAM for it. I am thinking about buying a couple of dimm ddr2 2048MB PC6400 800MHz Kingston sticks. Will those be compatible with this motherboard?
It says that my motherboard supports DDR2, but is that enough guarantee for my system to work with such a combination of hardware? Should I consider voltage too?
