My printer won't work
I work, somewhere as a computer operator,
And have at my disposal two xp driven desktops.
For a while i have not been able to print works with/through one of the system, and I have been trying to fix this issue, to no avail.
First, I discovered VGA compatible, PCI, and Ethernet are marked with question marks on the device manager.
And when a work is sent for printing, it fails to print, I also observed that most times i connect USB devices to the SU a message pops up saying the USB device is not recognized,
Could these drivers be the reason the printer can't work?
What do you think is the cause of this and what should done to get printers working on this system.
I really need your help, thanks in anticipation.
