Windows Vista System configuration

I am purchasing a new computer with windows Vista, as it provide more advanced option. Which is batter version of Vista to start with? Give some ideas for PC design as well as windows vista versions

Well I'd advise you to go for Windows 7 in the first place (Windows Vista won't be supported anymore, I guess).

I would also suggest that you should buy PC with windows 7 as its operating system. In my experience, vista is not good because most of the software and games are not compatible with it and its speed is pretty slow.

I am using window 7 ultimate in my laptop, and it is really good.
