Best Linux distro

Hi there, could you please tell me which Linux distribution is the most appropriate in order to set up a web server ? I've been using Ubuntu Linux for a while and I read that Linux Ubuntu is mostly for Linux beginners. So I would like to ask: what are the main differences between Unbuntu Linux and say Red Hat Linux ? In terms of technical capabilities ? Thanks

Re: Best Linux distro

If you just want a working system I would recommend Mint or Mepis, but you will get better suggestions if you clarify what your purpose on running Linux is.
