how to change boot priority by cmd

presently i am using windows7 in hp-pavilion. i want to change the boot priority of my laptop by using command prompt for installing linux through cd.
i want to change boot high priority to dvd drive.. so plz help me .

dude this is changed in bios, when you start your pc... you see something on the bottom on the screen that says (F2 Setup) or (F11 Boot Menu)
if none of this above doesn't shows up. (may have different variables) and only thing shown is a black screen, than randomly start pressing from f1 to f12 until you enter at the bios!
i hope you get the idea!!
no cmd needed!
