Web site structure problem?

There is a website. It is well in my computer. But its structure damages itself, if viewing in different monitor.

You have to make sure that the CSS encoding is done properly (using relative/fixed/absolute positioning when positioning CSS elements does matter a lot on how your website will be shown in other monitors). That's just a hint, because problems might also be due when you change browsers (or browsers versions).

Maybe the system is not supporting the code used for creating that website.

Its not a big issue, part of the web development process. It would be better if you specifies the details, about the problems like which browsers and versions it occurs and also with different monitor. As far as with the monitors its generally with the alignment and positioning.
