Google Maps and Web Apps

Hello, this is my first time posting to this forum. I'm relatively new to coding, and would greatly appreciate any help you could supply me with.

Q. I'm working with an online web app development tool called 'TheAppBuilder':
From what I understand, with the app builder, it's possible to link through to any web based content using HTML5. Consequently, I'm trying to link through to a Google map with multiple markers, which I've created via Google's developer page for map coding: ... ys#Markers
However, when I open the app from my iPhone and tap the Map icon, it gives me the following message: needs to run full-screen. Tap here to open a new window.
Clicking on the link takes me to the map I've coded, which is fine, but I'd obviously prefer the Map tab go directly to Google Maps. Can anyone suggest what I might do to avoid this problem.

As I said above, this is my very first foray into coding and posting here, so if you need any additional info please don't hesitate to ask, as I want to make this process as easy as I can for you guys.

Many thanks.
